Applicant questionnaire and automatic university matching
Applicants fill the questionnaire with chips and pickers, not typing; UniMetric matches GPA, language score, budget and subject against the university database and builds a shortlist with reasons.
The UniMetric applicant questionnaire and matching module is the first input of every case: a multi-step questionnaire with selectable options (level, subject, GPA, language score, budget, preferred countries), a matching engine that scores every university against the applicant, a shortlist with score and reason, and a direct hand-off to the case file.

Questions we hear a lot
How accurate is the matching?
Matching uses only conditions the university has published and that are dated in the database; a university with incomplete conditions is tagged «consultant review», never given a guessed score.
Do applicants fill the questionnaire themselves?
They can, from a link or the applicant portal, or the consultant fills it on the first call; both land in the same case.
