Tuition per class is defined once; instalments, discounts, gateway payments and receipts post themselves to the ledger, and the front desk sees each morning who has an overdue instalment.
The MetaLingo tuition and accounting module is the school's finances: tuition per class and term, dated instalments, discounts by code or rule, gateway or manual payment, SMS receipts, an overdue list with reminders, teacher pay from recorded teaching hours, and an income and expense ledger with export for the accountant.
