AI-assisted documents: statement of purpose and recommendation drafts
The UniMetric assistant drafts the statement of purpose and recommendation letters from the case, subject and target university; the consultant edits and the applicant approves; no text is sent without human review.
The UniMetric AI-assisted documents module is a writing assistant for case documents: drafts of the statement of purpose (SOP), recommendation letters and academic CV from case data and university requirements, selectable tone and length, versioning with consultant edits, applicant approval, and automatic checks against the university's requirements (word count, required sections).

Questions we hear a lot
Do universities accept AI text?
The final text is the applicant's: the assistant only drafts, and the consultant and applicant rewrite and approve. Each university's policy on AI tools is set by that university and recorded on its sheet.
Is applicant data used to train the model?
No. Requests go from the agency's server to the model service and are not kept for training; details under Solutions, AI assistants.
