Operations control center (OCC): alerts, decisions and the event log
The Ravidair OCC is a watch page: FTL alerts, delays, open MEL items, crew without cover and unconfirmed hotels, each with a priority and an owner, plus a timestamped event log.
The Ravidair operations control center module is an OCC tool: live alerts from flights, FTL, fleet and crew, an action queue with priority and owner, a timestamped event log, shift handover, and a daily events report.

Questions we hear a lot
Where do the alerts come from?
From the other modules: a failed FTL check, a delayed flight, an MEL item near expiry, crew without cover, an unconfirmed hotel. The OCC creates no data; it collects it.
Can the event log be edited?
Entries cannot be deleted; a new entry can only reference an earlier one.
