Crew leave and flight swap requests, from the phone
Crew request leave or a flight swap from the phone; before it reaches the planner, the system checks that the swap is legal for both people.
The Ravidair leave and swap module manages crew requests: leave with a calendar and quota, flight swaps between two crew members checked against FTL and qualifications, one-tap planner approval, and automatic application to the roster with notifications to both people.

On the phone

Questions we hear a lot
Do swaps happen without the planner?
No. The system checks legality and the planner gives final approval; because the check is already done, approval is one tap.
What if a swap is illegal?
It is never sent. The system says at once which limit fails for which person.
