Language school management reports: enrollment, collection, class fill and retention
On Saturday morning the school manager wants four numbers: this term's enrollment against last term, collected and overdue, class fill rate, and what share of students stayed for the next term.
The MetaLingo management reports module is the school manager's dashboard: enrollment by term, level and source, collected and overdue tuition, fill rate per class, term-to-term retention, teacher survey results, average score per level, and scheduled reports to the manager's email or messenger.

Questions we hear a lot
How is retention calculated?
Last term's students who enrolled in the next term, divided by all of last term's students whose course had not ended; numerator and denominator are shown in the report.
Are reports separate per branch?
Yes. Each branch sees its own and the head manager sees totals and comparison.
