Ravida messaging brings team chat out of Telegram and WhatsApp and into the system; any message can be linked to a customer, an order or a task.
The Ravida messaging module is an internal team chat: channels per department, direct messages, @mentions, file attachments, linking a message to a customer file, invoice or task, with phone notifications.

Why not Telegram?
A Telegram message is not linked to the customer file and leaves with the colleague. Here the message stays beside the customer.
Do messages stay on our own server?
Yes. Like all other data, on the server where Ravida is installed.
